Suggest Treatment For A Swelling Around The Collarbone

I had some very slight head traction given by a phsiotherapist yesterday and right afterwards a muscle has gone in to spasm near my collar bone. The pain was excruiating. Today, there is swelling around the collar bone and feels bruised and sore. Had a whiplash injury 4 years back. Aged 48
