Suggest Treatment For A Swollen Bump On The Cheek
I was washing my bathtub and the shower head fell from its holder and hit me on my face. It hit me square on my upper cheekbone and lower brow area. I have a small swollen bump that is also bruised. When I look down(like to read) I feel a little dizzy. My sinuses feel airy and kind of more clear than usual, I have a mildly upset stomach as well. Are these symptoms of concern enough that I should go to the ER? That would be the only place open right now I think

These are deep bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
