Suggest Treatment For A Swollen Labia

My left Labia is swollen, i am not sexually active - have no std's and very rarely masturbate. It feels like it is torn slightly on the left side, and it is swollen and painful. It's been this way for two days now. I also wear cotton panties, looser as to not aggravate it further.
