Suggest Treatment For A Swollen Nose Caused By Hitting

Hi, i got assulted by my partner 1 night ago, he kicked me in the nose after pushing me 2 the ground, i cant remember if i hit my head on ground but i recieved a blood nose and instant pain, the bleeding lasted about 40 minutes and there was alot of blood, i have now woken up at 2.30am with a bad earache in the left ear and it was abit waxy the kick to the nose happened about 9.30pm the night before, my nose is sore uncomfy and swollen what should i do and what could the cause of my earache be?

Hello,

It may be due to blunt trauma.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

You can apply ice packs locally.

Still to rule out any possibility of fracture, you may require x ray after ENT consultation.

Apply nasal saline drops locally.
