Suggest Treatment For A Thumb Injury

2 years ago a horse kicked my left thumb. It severed through the top nerves and bone. The knuckle was crushed into 5 pieces. Funny, I never lost my nail. I have use of the thumb. It bends at the connection to my hand only. Is there any type of joint replacement surgery that will allow me full mobility of my thumb(possible or partial)?
