Suggest Treatment For A Tilted Cervix And Ovarian Cysts

40 yr old, 11 days late for period, bloated, seem to retain water (like if something touches my skin, it leaves an imprint after seconds), fatigued, painful intercourse, have been told I have a tilted cervix, and have had ovarian cysts (3 times) that burst in the past. Took two ED Pregnancy Tests, and the result window showed the outline of the positive line in blue, so I don't think its that. Any thoughts?
