Suggest Treatment For A Torn Vagina

Well about 3 days ago my husband tore me while hiving intercourse. This is the second time this has chapped and the tear is about 2 inches in length. The was a lot of blood this time and it continues to bleed after 3 days. No pain unless using the bathroom. Im also overseas in japan and the doctors here are no help. We dont even have any dermaplayst or any other kind of numbing agent in stock in our stores. Unless i go off base and everything is in japanese. Any way i can get it to heal faster using home remedies?
