Suggest Treatment For A Tumor On The Neck

hi my name is kyle i have a tumor like fibroma in my neck and back area and it spits out tissue that wraps around my spinal choard and i was wonderng if maybe a brace of some sort of wearable material would help my back pain. note i am only 25 yrs old and it hurts if you could help me out that would be great
