General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of right hip and knee replacement, the right lower limb being longer by 15 mm, laser treatment for prostate, and now suffering badly with pain in lower abdomen and groin restricting the walking, developed cold feet which was not present in past.
The commonest causes I can think about for the symptoms are as follows:
Pelvis related problems like cystitis, colitis, diverticulitis and so on.
Groin pain can be due to hernia, groin bone or tendon pain.
Paget's in L2 may not be related but should be borne in mind.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all consult your Doctor and get a reference for a Specialist if required.
CT scan of abdomen and pelvis including the pelvic bones may help to pinpoint the disease.
Treatment will be as per the cause found.
Till then you may please continue the medications for pain and inflammation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
