Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Bloating After Hysterectomy
I had a hysterectomy a few years ago. The doctor used pelvic mesh to tack up my bladder and bowels. I have been bloated all day. I am bloated from just below my rib cage to my pelvic area. It is painful. Should I go to the er or make an appointment with my doctor?

It could be gastritis only. As first-line management, you can take antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
