Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Bloating, Dizziness And Constipation In An Elderly Person

My husband has bloating, reflux, tightness in the chest, swollen ankles, dizziness, constipation, little appetite, aches in the back and shoulders and his eyesight has been affected - he is getting partial blackouts of areas of the tv screen or newspaper when he tries to read. He is 73. this has been going on for some weeks now.

Hello,

Your husband symptoms seem to be related to a stomach flu. I suggest using an antacid such as Maalox three times a day to relieve the acid reflux. I also suggest using Omeprazole 20 mg daily in the morning before breakfast. I recommend to eat a healthy diet and drink liquids. To relieve the ache in the back and shoulders,I suggest using Acetaminophen 500 mg.
