General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are indicating possible hyperacidity problems of your stomach and gastrointestinal tract.

Further consultation with a gastroenterologist is highly advised together with upper endoscopy and abdominal ultrasound.

For the moment, I can only advise to take antacids 2 hours after eating, have frequent meals but in small portions, avoid spicy/oily/fried foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
