Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Bloating In An Elderly Person

I have stomach bloating, gas, and burping accompanied by a pain and bulge on right near pubic hair line. I am 60 and ovaries have been removed and it s not appendicitis. I have had some stomach ulcers in past but my gastroenterologist has not identified issue.

get an ultrasound done to rule out any herniation for swelling and bulge...abdominal bloating is best treated with gastro prokinetics as metoclopramide
