Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Bloating, Nausea And Tiredness

Dear Doctor, I missed my period which never happened, until I was pregnant and had an early loss in Aug 16. Now Jan 5th was my last period. I did two HPTs on 14th Feb and 17th Feb, 2017 they came out negative. Today I did a ultrasound scan and there is no signs of pregnancy. But they discovered a 28mm simple cyst. I have all symptoms of pregnancy hungry, bloated tummy, nausea, tiredness, tingles in my breast. I m so confused can you please advise am I pregnant ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your pregnancy tests have come negative and also you have got an ultrasound did which is the most conclusive way of ruling out pregnancy.

So it is confirmed that you are not pregnant but you have been diagnosed with a cyst which needs to be addressed.

I would advise you to get a gynaecologist opinion about whether the cyst needs to be removed surgically or it can be treated with medicines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
