Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps And Bloating

I took 6 tablets of iron 65mg equivillant to 325 mg of ferrous sulfate. 3 in the morning and I forgot I took them that day and took 3 that night. have not felt well since... slight stomach cramping, bloated, gassy my whole body feels very tight and aches.. no throwing up. I can tell when my body is anemic Im a 40 yr old woman who has been anemic on and off my whole life... It had been a while since I had taken any and could tell I was unusually low. passing out low. Had been taking for probably 3 days and Ive never been known for my memory so i would try to taker one in morning and 2 before bed but day two I already forgot.. Anyways the best way I can describe it and the only thing that immediately came to mind was how I felt the next day after an acid trip (back in high school) advice? i know you are going to tell me to go in and I just cant tonight... anything i can do until i can get in? thanks, Amanda
