Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps And Clear Mucus Discharge From The Rectum

I am having cramping really bad as thou I have had a bowel stimulant but I have not, keep feeling like I need to go to bathroom bad but I don t feel impacted. keep feeling the need to push to the point am having a hard time even closing my rectum. I occasionally pass a little gas. I have been on the toilet for hours. I once in a while pass a few what looks like grains and a clear mucus . im not sure but I think the last time I wiped it looked like a very light pinkish maybe blood?

First,exact diagnosis should be established and it may include some more or less benign and serious issues. most commonly there are hemorrhoids or fissure but tumor and inflammatory bowel diseases should be ruled out as well.so you should do colonoscopy sooner or later.
