Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps And Nausea During The Menstrual Cycle

I have horrible period pains. It's so bad it makes me feel sick, tired and nauseous. I'm always forced to call out of work because it. It also holds me back from being able to do anything. In fact I get scared and worried each time I'm about to get it due to the fact that I just don't know how bad the pain will be and I feel bad having to call out of work just cause of it. What can I do? I hate feeling this way!.

Hello,

I think you should take anti-inflammatory drugs such Advil or Ponstan as soon as you think pain is starting. Latter they are not effective. Use metoclopramide for nausea.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
