Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps And Rash In The Pelvic Area

I had cramping on a friday evening, then took a mild laxative (although regular constituion, and was a mistake), andway, had sever cramping for 3-4 days, ever small sip of water when right through me. Finally hydrated enough to uritate. Showered and notice a rash going left to right on my pelvic area and a little on my left right, and a few dots on my right back shoulder area. Have had a solid stool now. Mild dull cramping after 5 days still. Never had this type of rash before, ever. Does not necessarily itch, just odd... suggestions for possible causes?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The rash can be related to an allergic reaction.

I suggest you use antihistamines such as Cetirizine.

In my opinion, the abdominal cramps are not related to the rash unless it is a food allergy.

For the abdominal cramps, I suggest you use Buscopan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
