Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps When Diagnosed With PCOD

Hello, I have a cramping feeling in the left ovary area. This started on the 3rd last day of my period. Now this is the 3rd day after my period. I went for an Ultra sound and they said it was just my pco acting up. I am currently taking pain killers. This is the first time I have ever had this sensation. I ve had pco for a long time. I start getting my period regularly after 6 months of being on metaphormine. Now i only take iron tables since I m anemic.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
No need to worry for abdominal cause for your pain as your ultrasound of abdomen is normal.
In my opinion, your pain is mostly due to hormonal imbalance.
Hormonal imbalance is very common in PCOS patients.
So get done hormone levels and if imbalance then you will need hormone pills to regulate them.
Don't take painkillers. Consult gynecologist and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
