Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Discomfort And Headaches

I m having mild to moderate abdominal discomfort not associated with nausea or diarrhea or constipation. I feel bloated and it hurts more when I move or cough. Also have mild tension-type headache and feel a little fatigued. No fever that I m aware of. No thermometer to take temperature but no chills.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you might be experiencing colitis problems.

Should take:
- simethicone for bloating
- probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- antacids after eating.

If still no improvement, should run a few more lab tests to determine the right diagnosis. Gastroenterologist to consult in this case.

Wish fast recovery.
