Hello,

Presence of blood and protein in urine can be due to injury to the urinary tract or disease of kidney. I suggest you to get renal function tests, urine test for blood and microscopic examination of urine for red blood cells. An ultrasound abdomen needs to be done to know the cause of abdominal discomfort.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
