Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Discomfort

I have a cousin that has some pretty serious health problems, but as of late; he was diagnosed with some kind of lethal stomach problem. There was some kind of odd fluid that had to be extracted from his body. Dr. said that it can only be done 2 or 3 times, max. He has problems with congestive heart failure and Hep C.

Hi,

Noted the history about your cousin having treatment for congestive heart failure and Hepatitis
As per the history that you have provided there looks to be a possibility of Cancer of liver that causes intractable fluid in abdomen called ascites.
This is intractable as it can re-accumulate within no time after removal.
Congestive heart failure on top of this problem can be more dangerous as heart failure leads to ascites, breathing difficulty, unable to ambulate and so on.
Hence I would advise him the following:
Consult the Specialists concerned and get treated accordingly as these are highly specialized fields and the treatment can be changing as per the changing conditions, regular follow up and investigations, adjustment of doses are required.
ALso follow the diet and other management strictly as per it is advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
