Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Constant Hunger

I have been having horrible upper abdominal pain that wont go away. I feel like I am constantly hungry, I always have hunger pains. I have tried all kinds of antacids. I do not smoke and I seldom drink. The hunger pains are there even after I eat. I have tried a gluten free diet but the pains are still there.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, your symptom is suggestive of hyperacidity, if I would be treating physician then I would treat this condition with following medicines
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
you cab divide your meal in three parts, better to away from stress, take care.
