Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Frequent Urination

I am a 27 year old female, I have been experiencing dizziness, frequent urination, pain on lower left abdomen that radiates to lower left back, and fatigue. Suspecting I was pregnant, I followed up with my OB who RX blood work for pregnancy which came back negative. I continue to experience these symptoms with no answers, any suggestions?

You may be having a pelvic infection. See your doctor to do ask you some questions, do vagina swap and blood work done and an abdominopelvic ultrasound scan. I am sure with that the doctor will be able to do know what is wrong and treat you appropriately
