Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Headache

Hi.my name is Dolly. Last week Thursday and Friday I had a terrible headache and I took grandpa pain relief. Now I have terrible abdominal pain on the right side and the pain is progressing steadily.I don t know if this has caused by the pain relief I consume. I want to know if this is stomach ulcers or appendicitis.

Hello,

The acute right-sided abdominal pain could be due to gall bladder inflammation or appendicitis or colon inflammation.

So kindly mention whether you have generalised pain or localised abdominal pain.

It's advisable to mention the exact site of pain also if it is localized. Ultrasonography abdomen is advisable for further work up.
