Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Headaches

Hello. My stomach was hurting a bit today, because i didn t eat on time. And at the same time i was having a light headache (my forehead above above my ears, and a bit on the top of my head, the center). I was just feeling like something is not right. I felt like this on the other day, thursday if i am not mistaken. But then after that i was alright. I would like to know if i need to go to the doctor? Thank u

Hi there

If your headache is mild with no nausea, vomiting or blurred vision and resolves with over the counter pain killers such as paracetamol, it is safe to say that you can just monitor it. You should increase the amount of fluids you drink and try and eat regular meals to prevent low blood sugar levels.
