Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Urinary Discomfort
I have been bleeding/spotting daily since March. I think it s a result of epidural steroid injections taken in March and April however the Dr told me I may bleed/spot for only two weeks. Now I m also having abdominal pain and discomfort with urination. Is this normal or should I report to an emergency room?
The spotting has persisted more than 2 weeks of what your doctor suggested. As you have been developing pain and discomfort with urination, I think you should get a few more diagnostic tests including urine analysis, liver/kidney function test. Discuss this further with your caring doctor to get more investigations. Plus, take cranberry supplement until improvement meanwhile.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
