Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Vaginal Bleeding

I'm 47 years old and I have had pain in the left side of my abdomen for about three weeks along with vaginal bleeding. I've had regular periods since I was 12 until recently. I'm also a diabetic with hypertention. I had a tubal ligation many years ago.
