Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain During Periods

today's my first day of periods, and i m suffering lots of my stomach pain wat i'll do right now i m in my office, 1 more thing its first time my periods has come only 2 days after other wise its always be delayed by 10 -15 days, my breast is also having some kind of irritation or pain while periods are coming...........could you please help me.
