Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy

i have upper abdominal pain from 3days, if i take gellusin it will give relief for 2 hr only and not able to sleep and notable to take food properlly because of this pain, i spoke to my doctor she told to take rant ac 150, i am pregnant for 8th month, already 3 months back i got same pain because of cough, by that time doctor suggested to take pan40 ,result is good after taking 1 tablet itself, plz suggest rant ac 150 or pan 40 now...

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion both rantac 150 and pantop 40 are safe and can be taken during pregnancy.As you feel pantop 40 to be better I suggest you to go for that.Avoid spicy and oily diet.Dont worry.As gastritis is quite common in pregnancy.Take a glass buttermilk daily or curd in diet.Take food in small quantities every 2 hourly.
