Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain, Gastritis And Nausea
I have lower to mid abdominal pain with endemetriosis high alkaline high carbond low mch and mchl with nausea and vomiting off and on the nausea is worse after eating and horrible gas. Normal blood work other than above it has been occurring over a period of 3 to 4 months
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of abdominal pain, gastritis and nausea which seems to be due to consuming foods known to cause gas in some people, such as milk products that contain lactose, broccoli and could be due to irritable bowel syndrome.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to
- Eat light and non spicy food especially at night.
- Take light walk after every meal and eat on frequent basis in small portions, also eat lot of fibrous food.
In case if there is still no improvement, you can consult gastroenterologist and get evaluated and doctor may prescribe ornidazole, omeprazole, laxative, anti inflammatory medications along with antacids and laxative.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
