Edited- Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Have you lifted heavyweight in recent past? Your symptoms are suggestive of muscle sprain.
Your appendix is removed, so the possibility of appendicitis is ruled out. Moreover, IUD pain is associated with lower abdominal or pelvic pain.
If stomach gas pain is there, then it must be relieved by taking antacids. So, the last possibility is of renal stone but in stone, pain should be very sharp and severe, which is not there in your case.
To rule out it please go and consult the surgeon and get ultrasound abdomen test done. Till then take tablet Dicyclomine symptomatic relief.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Hiren Hirpara
