Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain In Case Of PCOS

I hadn’t had a period for 5 years and I have PCOS. So the doc induced a period for me, I bleed for 4months really badly and then they put me on Primolut. I have been on it for 6months. I feel so sick my tummy is very sore. I am upset with the doctor’s coz they haven’t helped me anymore than those tablets and I feel like I am going crazy with emotional and physical pain. I have other health issues not sure if they have anything to do with it. I feel like my pain is getting worse every day what should I do and why is it happening? Thanks
