Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain In Child Post Injury

My son fell off a swing today, onto his back. But now he seems to be in a lot of pain in his stomach. I asked him if maybe he needed to poop and he said no. I can tell it is tender to touch but doesn t seem swollen. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
