Hi I was just prescribed to zolfran today I took my first dose. I have pain in my abdominal region for years with many migraines. when I wake up and when I try to sleep I can only get about four hours here and there. I have an endoscopy in two weeks. I just want to know if I m going to began eating, watery fecal, getting out of bed, and concentrating. I have been so lethargic if im not taking prescription drugs that are not mine. I just want to see if I m not alone
If you have repeated migraine attach than you can be prescribed prophylactic medications for that like propranolol or topiramate like a drug.
For your abdominal pain, if any organic cause present than it will be revealed by endoscopy.
According to cause specific treatment given. Nowadays much higher investigation present like CT abdomen to detect causative factor for unknown abdominal pain.
I suggest you follow your physician or gastroenterologist advice after the examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
