Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain Near The Sternum

Upper right abdomen pain (moderate) right below the sternum to the right. Pain varies from dull to sharp. Very painful to lay on right side. Just had check up labs..wbc was 15.4, neutrophils were 12.5. Mono and ESO were slightly high but normal. 0.3. Any thoughts.

I really appreciate your concern, hyperacidity is very likely possibility and this can be best managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time for five weeks hope this information helps, take care.
