Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain When Diagnosed With Kidney Stones
Sir, My wife suffering from abdomen pain, recently ultrasound report prescribes bilateral renal calculi with hydronephrosis LKD,left upper ureteric calculus. Sir, it is possible by using medicine to remove the stone, if not then why it is surgical case or laproscopic surgery.

According to the report she has stones in both kidneys with enlargement of the left kidney so there are already changes due to the stones.
When the stones are small or there are no changes seen then medication along with copious water, is used for treatment.
In this case, surgery may needed since there are already changes to the kidneys
