Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain While Having A Bowel Movement
hi.my age is 20.my problem is ,i feel like i am about to pass stools with little irritating abdominal pain but when i go to toilet for passing out motion ,i am getting out the stools..i have acidity problem also but never faced such kind of bowels problem before..i am feeling uncomfortable during college session please help me

Well come to HCM
Such symptoms could be due to over consciousness, apprehensiveness,
For the acidic problem this can be managed with
Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day for few weeks
If symptoms does not come around then this can be tried with
Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for 5 days
No need to worry and have a nice day.
