Hello,

As ovarian cyst are common nowadays in most females they are not something which has to be bothered much. But we need to know the size of the cyst. If the size of the cyst is big enough to get rid off then it's better to get rid off. Usually, anything below 2-3 cm is not bothered more, there are somewhere it is kgs. So need to make assure that it's not big enough to trouble the surrounding organs.

Also, frequent urination needs a proper ultrasound scan sometime internally as well. As the female bladder size is almost close to 500 ml when compared to make, frequent urination can be due to some other cause. Also having frequent UTI and frequent urination may be one of the cause to understand the size of the bladder must have reduced. So having it assessed will be good under a good urologist. Urine flowmetry is one of the tests which they perform to do regulate the flow of the urine.

Having Lower abdominal pain is common in situations where there is cyst, frequent urination, UTI and infection.

Having a good examination and planning a proper treatment will be of the good.

In fact, I had a case to share with cyst and frequent urination with UTi. She was also said the same of nothing to do with the cyst, but post removal surgically it has provided a good relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
