General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi dear thanks for writing to Healthcare Magic!!
At your age possible cause of vaginal discharge includes bacterial infection, Pelvic inflammatory disease a type of infection, tumor such as fibroid, Ovarian cyst etc. so full gynaecological check up is must. I advise you to do following investigation done.
USG, Estrogen, Progesterone, sugar profile and thyroid profile with FT3 and FT4 levels checked.
For pain and discharge I advise you to take tab ibuprofen and tab cefixime.
Also maintain proper hygeine, washing of private part with antiseptic savlon twice a day.
Hope this will help you
Thanks and regards
