I was having abdominal pains, bone pain, muscle cramps, diarrhea, heart palpitations, for over a year. doc found low vitamin D (10)Upper endo normal, colonoscopy normal. wbc slightly elevated 13.6 sent me to GI. GI had 72 hur fecal fat came back elevated at 19. sent me for MRCP came back normal. Put me on enzymes steatorrea improved said it was idiopathic pancreatic exocrine insufficiency. No evidence of CP. Should more testing be done to find the cause, or is this reasonable.
