Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Swelling, Bloating After A Meal, Soreness And Tightness In The Stomach

have abdominal swelling, when I eat or drink something I feel bloated. stomach is tight and sore. I am 65 yrs old and still go to gym often. I have never had this problem before. I had a sonogram on my abdominal this past Friday, won t get the results till probably Tuesday. any ideas?
