Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Focal Uptake On Thoracic And Lumbar Spine

Hello;
I have just received the following diagnosis and am wondering what treatment is offered for this and what side effects each treatment offers...I have widespread abnormal focal uptake scattered throughout the thoracic and lumbar spine, the skull and facial bones, the ribs and pelvis as well as the left femur and sternum. There may be an abnormal focus about the mid shaft the right tibia as well. Thank you.
