Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Periods Along With Stomach Cramps And Vaginal Discharge

hi docter i am sippy sharma i am 17 years old and i got my menstural cycle started in age of13 years but from last 2,3 years my periods are abnormal sometimes it comes after six to seven months . and also bleeding is very less but pain is more and also i have problem of vaginal dicharge many times in a month also i have an ultrasound in which my right ovary is slight larger than left . i have tried every type of medicine till now and many times i have made use of artifical tablets like estrogen and progesterone is it right or wrong to use such medicne many times and also i have suffered from thyriod problem but now it not and also now i am suffering from obesity and heavy weight problem please show me he right path.
