Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Pupil Dilation And Nose Bleeding?

I noticed yesterday that my daughters pupils were huge given the lighting level in the store we were at. I used a flashlight to test them and both were reactive, so I didn t worry too much about it. But this afternoon I noticed again that they were huge. She also had a mild nosebleed this evening. I plan on making an appt first thing tomorrow. Should I be more concerned and try to go to urgent care?

I really appreciate your concern, it is two conditions one is about the pupils for that I would say that in absence of symptoms it is nothing to worry, second epistaxis is not due to this but it could be due to cold or idiopathic unless clinically diagnosed for something over all it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
