Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Sound In Ear And Dizziness

hi doctor, i ve been hearing this weird flapping sound in my right ear for a few seconds happens infrequently. i think the ear has cerumen also, this has been happening for a few days now. can hear well in that ear. i am also a bit lightheaded at times, usually postural, ie, when i get up suddenly, stop walking suddenly etc. it is not an insect though. what should i do?

It seems from the history that you are having abnormal sound in ear and dizziness.
Abnormal sound in ear is called as tinnitus. Tinnitus along with dizziness can be because of vertigo This is seen in inner ear diseases like Menier's disease.
This requires examination by a. ENT doctor for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
