Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding While On Birth Control

hello can you help me i am worried i went to the doctor about a week and a half ago because i had a sore throat he said it was strep but throat swab came back neg and he also said it might be gonorreha but the urine test came back neg ..also i have been giving oral sex to my new friend and he said that it started to burn when he pee's and was having discharge he also went to the doctor and he gave him meds to get rid of chlamedia and gonorreha and his symptoms have gone away , and now i have noticed i have been bleeding alot and i shouldnt be because i am on the deprovera birth control needle
