Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Vaginal Discharge

im 20 years old and for about 3years ive had this vaginal discharge,ive been to the doctors twice and had swabs taken and there is nothing abnormal there but its ruining my life,i have to wear a panty liner everyday and this restricts me to wearing swimwear on holiday etc and jst feel generally dirty,can you help me please
