Suggest Treatment For Abnormal White Vaginal Discharge

well i have an infection...white discharge coming out from my vagina...can i please kne if there is any medicines i can take its been a few months...iv had an abortion hence i was under that medication. now since time has past can i can medication to the infection..n wat meds...???
