Suggest Treatment For Abnormalities In Menstruation

hi! I am Fatema. I have an abnormality of my monthly period. Sometimes delayed for a month. SO I TRIED TO USE PILLS.Like gynera. And helps alot too. I have my period every after 4 days after menstration. But now, I naver noticed that I am pregnat for almost a month, and still taking gynera. I found out it late. Does this cause miscarriage?
